You can't vote for yourself, girls! Remember, your purpose in life is to live for God and others - not yourself. :P
Now, just in case you're wondering, my favorites are Ann and Fanny. Ann because I would most get along with her in conversation; and Fanny because - yes - she's exactly how I would be... :} But! - Of course, I'm most like Eleanor according to the survey... Don't know how that happened.
I voted for Elizabeth Bennet...her husband made over 10,000 a year! :P

Hey--I had to pick the best since I could only vote once. ;) The problem is, I really like aspects of Fanny and Elinor and Emma and Elizabeth to have them all vie for first place with Anne.
ReplyDeleteNow if you were to do a fave Austen HERO--I wouldn't pick Wentworth. I'd pick Mr. Knightley. I married him, after all. I KNOW I had the bumper sticker "I married my Mr Darcy" but that's only because it was the only one available. ;)- Oh, and I could write a whole blogpost of my own about how Edmund Bertram is a total loser. He's maddening.
Oh, agreed on every point! I LOVE Mr. Knightley, can't STAND Edmund, and like certain aspects of the other heroines, too.
